Like many circa-1920s homes, this center-entrance colonial in Beverly had a
modest-sized kitchen and a small formal dining room. Since the dining room was
rarely used, the owners wanted to break down the wall and combine the kitchen
and dining room into one great room.
In addition to installing the new cabinets and fixtures, the Browns Kitchen and
Bath Center crew handled the demolition of the wall as well as the installation
of a load-bearing beam.
Features
Kemper cabinets, Shaker-style doors, floor-to-ceiling storage cabinets, granite
counters, pot rack, custom-built storage bench for shoes and umbrellas near
back door with matching cabinet finish and doors.
“We are thrilled with our new kitchen. It is both elegant and functional with
much more space. The Murphys and their crew were delightful to work with. The
project was done on time (with a tight schedule) and on budget. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Browns Kitchen and Bath Center. In fact, we have
recommended them, and our friends were as pleased with their new kitchen as we
were.”
